BBJʼs Fast 50 of 2019

We were humbled and grateful to accept an award for one of the fastest 50 growing private companies in Massachusetts. The criterion for placing in the Boston Business Journal's 2019 Fast 50 was to post revenue growth from 2015 to 2018 of at least 75%.

Woburn Toyota / Scion Redevelopment

One of our projects was featured on NEREJ, and what a project it was! The job entailed demolition of the existing building plus construction of a 3-story, 152,600 square foot facility with the capability of displaying and storing more than 400 vehicles.

Wakefield Station Approval Granted

The Maggiore Companies can proceed with their planned five-story, mixed-use condominium complex at 175 North Avenue after the Zoning Board of Appeals last week granted the requested zoning relief.
