Senior Construction Manager
Reputable and experienced General Contractor seeks highly experienced senior construction managers for large scale residential and commercial projects. Candidate must have a minimum of 15 to 20 years’ experience and the knowledge and capacity to manage multiple projects at once. The candidate must have a strong understanding of construction methods and details and be able to support the field staff effectively. The candidate will be responsible for the complete and thorough coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP designs. A good working knowledge of state building codes and the ability to produce design solutions for compliance is required. The candidate must be able to prepare and implement aggressive construction schedules through timely planning and notification procedures.
